Interesting short film by Sydney based photographer Keith Loutit as part of a series documenting 12 months of life in ‘Little Sydney’. He uses tilt-shifting, time lapse and probably tons of other techniques i’m not aware of to give an amazing toy-like feel to the final film.
This particular film is based around a training exercise held by the local helicopter rescue service, but you can find more on his Vimeo page.

That works pretty well doesn’t it!
The bit with the helicopter flying over the sea 01.35—01.40 is really cool.
Is Keith Loutit the first to do this with video?

I was about to say that I’ve seen it done before with a Monster Truck video, but that was Keith Loutit too.

Truely epicly good and same as Glenn never seen tilt-shift used in motion work. So how long before we get some motion FFFs stop frame animated using a titl-shift camera? Would be fun to see Glenn as giant in comparison to the Fs
