Evolutia are an expanding web design agency based in central Manchester. With a growing client base and some exciting projects in the pipeline, we’re looking to expand our team with an enthusiastic, talented full-time web designer. We don’t micro-manage our staff: our work is interesting and rewarding; our office is relaxed and friendly; most of all, we believe that any prospective candidates should be as obsessed with good design as we are.
Do you have:
- A passion for design, including typography for the web, grid systems and interactive experiences/usability?
- A pixel-perfect sense of attention to detail?
- Strong organizational skills, a disciplined work ethic and good time management?
- The ability to work in a collaborative environment and the ability to work autonomously and deliver on time?
- Good communication skills, with the ability to pitch and present directly to clients?
If so, you could be just right for us. And to make sure we’re right for you, we’ll offer:
- A salary of £23,000 – £26,000 a year, with regular pay reviews
- Flexible hours (between 8:00 and 18:30)
- Training budget for conferences / courses / books
- Relaxed, central office environment
We require that applicants have the following:
- Photoshop & Illustrator skills to an advanced level
- 3+ years experience in web design
- A strong portfolio of web design work
Bonus points available for:
- Some level of proficiency in Flash
- Prior agency experience
- Illustration skills
