
I’ve always been interested in Japanese culture and philosophy. Their art and aesthetics are barely understandable for us (Europeans or Americans), so when I’ve discovered Kazuki Takamatsu, melancholic but rather beautiful illustrations I felt like I’ve found a treasure.

I have never seen the technige before. It evolutionary with endless potential. Its hard to believe this couldbe done from aacrylic. The depth of the painting makes it 3d , without the chessy glasses.
