Graphic design position at Black Dog Publishing, London

We’re looking for a keen, creative and diverse graphic designer with book design experience. As well as this some enthusiasm for and awareness of IT will be required from the candidate. The applicant would have to be able to hit the ground running working on ongoing titles from day-one during a particularly busy period. The applicant should have a folio that demonstrates the ability to respond creatively and appropriately to a multitude of subjects and material. A balance of conceptual and technical skill is crucial as well as being able to articulate ideas clearly to fellow employees and clients. The ability to work both independently as well as part of a team will also be necessary. The IT aspect to this position involves having some enthusiasm for IT maintenance and liaising with our IT maintenance contractors when necessary.
