This could of been done straight in the site it self. I guess the only benefit of hosting it on YouTube is the access to a large amount of viewers. I saw Hollers site the other day and was pretty impressed with the opening animation. http://holler.co.uk/ Though I'm not usually a fan of dreaded Flash Intro Animations, this doesn't feel like one and really sets a tone and pace for the work they do and for the site. As for Flash intros, I saw one the other day that when you clicked skip intro it came up and said "Anti-accidental skipping intro button activated, are you sure you really want to skip our intro animation".
