If you’re a huge book aficionado geek like myself then you’re bound to love this.
Since Unit Editions released their debut title last year, Tony Brook and Adrian Shaughnessy, self confessed book lovers have very kindly been creating a wealthy resource of photographing some of their favourite titles from their book shelves. A lot of said titles are design classics and often out of print.
There’s some great examples on display, and more and more are being added. It’s a really positive step for the graphic design community, hopefully we might see more publishers doing them same with titles that are out of print even if their not necessarily their own works.
See the full collection of documented books on the Unit Editions Flickr page.

With The Book Design Review blog going on “indefinite hiatus” I just happen to be looking for a replacement cover porn feed, so thanks!
Was that “bound” pun intentional? I hope it was!
