Who are we looking for?
A versatile digital designer, who will work under our creatives to execute designs based on their art direction; Not to say you will be pushing pixels, we run a small collaborative creative team and you will have the opportunity to get stuck in creatively across all our shit hot digital campaigns.
You will have a great personal style but also have the ability to create versatile & beautiful artwork for a wide range of digital applications such as Web, campaign, mobile.
Working in our digital production team you will be exposed to progressive global brands through our Advertising agency clients, working inside supplied brand and creative guidelines but still be able to develop the finished look and feel into something awesome.
You will need to:
- Live and breathe Digital. Understand the industry, where it’s going and why we are here
- Have an in-depth understanding of design for digital
- Work under direction from Creative Directors / Creatives
- Hand over expertly finished artwork for our technical production teams to work from
- Have great communication skills and experience in working in a distributed team
- Be self-motivated and willing to be challenged
- Show highest attention to detail in quality of finishing
- Be able to work in a collaborative environment to help brainstorm new creative initiatives
- Have a bunch of self-initiated ideas you want to work on in your back pocket
