Senior Designer
Think Jam are a London and LA based creative agency specialising in film marketing. We create a wide range of digital material from immersive concept driven websites, games and widgets to international media campaigns for clients including Warner Brothers, 20th Century Fox and Universal.
We are currently looking for a senior designer with proven conceptual design skills and experience working within the entertainment or advertising industries. You will be confident in taking campaigns from brief through to delivery, leading a team or working independently, ensuring the highest quality of work throughout.
Responsibilities
Work with the creative and development teams to deliver award winning digital solutions for our clients, on time and on budget.
Develop creative solutions from brainstorm, conception and refinement through to production
Lead and inspire the junior designers, freelancers and production team with your talent and experience.
Work with the teams to utilise the latest technologies and platforms.
Qualifications
4+ years experience, working within a digital or advertising agency.
Excellent portfolio of work showcasing strong conceptual solutions for a wide range of clients.
Experience delivering campaigns from brief to final sign off.
Experience in leading a team of designers and developers.
Cool under pressure, managing multiple deadlines.
You will know your way around all the usual software (Photoshop, Illustrator).
Extensive experience with design and animation utilising Adobe Flash.
Solid understanding of code and technology (You will not be expected to code Actionscript or HTML/Javascript, but knowing its abilities and limitations is essential).
Video / Motion graphics experience is a definite advantage, as is 3D and experience designing for mobile.
We are a small friendly team that enjoys working together to provide fun, engaging creative solutions for clients. This role is full time, on-site and based in Clerkenwell, London.
