What Does a Web Designer do?
• Be dynamic, ambitious and enthusiastic about design for the web.
• Also have a passion for design, creativity outside of the digital world.
• have the ability to generate great ideas and concepts, and deliver original digital designs
• Be comfortable designing brochureware through to large ecomms and complex webapps.
• Capture and understand the creative briefs from client-facing team members and clients.
• Be responsible for understanding the goals of the client and the websites we are producing.
• Have meticulous attention to detail and a very high quality of work
• Be deadline-focused and have excellent organisational and time management skills
• be comfortable taking responsibility for your own time on projects and ensuring you log and bill time accordingly in line with the budget and the project manager’s requirements

• I have at least 3 years experience of graphic design in the digital industry
• I am able to work under pressure to very tight deadlines, with a strong focus on achieving results
• I can work without supervision and strive to better targets/objectives
• I am willing to put in the necessary hours to achieve results
• I have a BA degree in graphic design or a similar subject like new media design
• I have a good level of experience and understanding of website design
• I am eligible to work in London
