What the FFF?

Founded in 2005 by an ever growing group of young designers and vagabonds eager to collect and share the best design work they came across, FormFiftyFive soon became an international showcase of creative work.

Although the site was doing a great job at sparking creativity, we felt it could, and should, be even bigger and better. So we spent many moons working on a brand new FormFiftyFive, still high in eye (and brain) candy, but with a brand new look and lots of new features that dig even deeper into what’s happening in the design community.

We’ve also added more interactive elements on the site so people can exchange and store ideas more easily, encouraging collaboration and making the site more than just another design blog.

So have a look round, if you see something you love or hate be sure to comment, and drop us a line if there’s a juicy bit of creative gold you’d like to see on here.

Overview of role
Rufus Leonard is a leading independent Brand and Digital agency. We are looking for a Junior Designer to work with our designers across various accounts to help us deliver high quality brand and communications work (predominantly offline work).

The scope of work, experience and responsibilities for this role have been defined below:

Personal skills
• The ability to present creative ideas to other members of staff with clear rationale and sound structure.
• Demonstrate ability to read and understand client briefs.
• Good time keeping and ability to work within time constraints set by a project.
• Work within a team / collaborate with other designers and artworkers,
to realise a brief.

Design skills
• Formulate original design ideas in response to the client brief.
• Be able to create mood boards as part of the planning stage of a project.
• Be able to articulate ideas to your team and clients.
• Understand mix of media types.
• Ability to work across more than one project at a time.
• Keep up to date with current design trends and communication platforms.

Other skills
• Experience of brand implementation and brand development is desirable.
