Part-time Studio Manager
We are looking for an experienced part-time studio manager. This role requires
a passionate individual with a desire to make an impact on the processes and
systems in our award winning, close-knit team. This new role is ideal for an
experienced studio manager, with project management experience, looking to work in a part-time capacity.
The person:
• Exceptionally organised individual who pays real attention to detail
• A wealth of experience of managing workflow in a similar setting
• Experience of using project management software (actual experience of Streamtime software preferable)
• Educated to at least degree level
• Great team player and excellent communication skills
• Staying power – determination to see projects through to successful completion
• Passionate about design and marketing
• Experience of managing print and digital projects
• A project management qualification wouldn’t go a miss
Responsibilities:
• Day-to-day management of small graphic design studio
• Using leading industry project management software (Streamtime) to plan work-flow, manage resources, plan designers’ time, raise invoices etc.
• Planning, programming and project managing larger design projects and marketing campaigns
• Liaising with print and production companies to obtain prices and compile client quotes
• Planning and managing any print and production work, agreeing delivery dates and informing clients
• Working with Creative Director and Account Director to plan and agree working timescales
• Liaising with clients regarding timescales, sending artwork, obtaining sign-offs
• Administrative tasks (setting up meetings, ordering stationery etc)
• Reporting to Creative Director
