Whilst doing some research for a project recently, I came across this excellent archive of pictograms by German artist Gerd Arntz. Designed to convey a wealth of visual statistics (from industry to the economy) in a straight forward and clear manner, it’s amazing to see that many of these were created around 1930. Truly inspiring stuff!
