Eyvind Earle was an American artist, author and illustrator, noted for his contribution to the background illustration and styling of Disney animated films in the 1950s. Although he died in 2000 his work feels as crisp, modern and relevant as ever.
His serigraphs are particularly badass. It’s not often that we feature folk who are no longer with us but this is work that deserves to be seen again and again. If the extensive website doesn’t satisfy you there’s plenty of books on Amazon etc.
