Aaron Koblin is an artist specialising in data and digital technologies. He has worked on the awesome Arcade Fire website for The Wilderness Downtown (see earlier FFF post here), aswell as the amazing Radiohead House of Cards project— which you can move around in 3D stylee on his website. Another more obviously data driven project, is the Flight Patterns project where he took data from the U.S. Federal aviation administration and processed it to create hauntingly beautiful animations of flight traffic patterns and density.
