Key Responsibilities of Role
• Develop and project manage all website and email creative in line with the brand strategy, reinforcing the customer’s understanding of the brand.
• Ensure all creative content is produced on time and is correctly positioned online.
• Ensure there is continuous rich fresh content online and that the site reflects online editorial trends and pr coverage, ensuring the overall visual experience is strong and on brand.
• Work closely with the CRM manager and online marketing assistant to develop the email calendar in conjunction with the trading objectives and the online merchandising team.
• Design graphics for affiliate and 3rd party activity.
• Ensure the mobile site graphics are design and developed inline with the main site.
• Work in conjunction with PR and the online marketing assistant to develop Social media creative for Facebook and Twitter
• Working alongside our web design agency to develop areas of the site.
• Support online photography with amends and crops.
• Drive creative reviews with the online team to brain storm new ideas, applicable to visual aspects of the site.
• Conduct competitor research on a regular basis and present findings to the team.
