Title: Copy Editor / Designer
Primary Responsibilities:
- Layout and Production of Weekly Publications – Newsletters, Sermon Notes, etc.
- Design of Print and Digital Media Pieces – Posters, Flyers, Brochures, Graphics for Web, etc.
Required Skills:
- Strong editing and proofreading skills
- Strong communication skills
- Detail oriented a must
- Interest in / Appreciation for the English language
- Technical experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, primarily Photoshop and InDesign
- Polite and attentive to client needs
Job Description:
We are currently looking for a Copy Editor / Designer to help primarily with the layout, design and production of our weekly publications. This position requires an eye for detail and strong editing and proofreading skills.
Candidates should be extremely organized and able to meet strict deadlines. Newspaper / Magazine experience a plus.
