Graphic Designer
The Engine Room are in search of an experienced and talented graphic designer, driven by ideas with the skills and knowledge to communicate them effectively. With a comprehensive understanding of the role of design in business, you have a strong interest in developing brands, bags of initiative and an attentive eye for detail.? You have a natural ability to mould client conversations into a credible and logical brief, and are ambitious with a broad spectrum of design problems that need to be tackled working alongside both the creative and web teams.
You combine technical expertise to produce work from concept through to completion, across the full range of media platforms. Excellent artworking skills and a detailed knowledge of print is essential to the role; as is displaying initiative and the ability to self-manage multiple client projects on a daily basis.
You have at least five years’ agency experience (or less if you can prove you fit the bill), making you adaptable and competent in the address of a number of challenges that might fly your way.
A knowledge of content deployment to CMS websites and HTML is favourable, but not compulsory to the role.
This is a full time position with permanent contract.
