Zur Unterstützung suchen wir für unseren Standort in Kassel ab sofort einen Junior Art Director (w/m) im Bereich Konzeption & Umsetzung.

Ihre Aufgaben
Erstellung von Kampagnen und Kommunikationskonzepten selbständig und im Team, auf Basis von aussagekräftigen Briefings. Erstellung und Koordination verschiedenster Produkte im Bereich Print und Web. Überwachung und Sicherstellung höchster Qualitätsstandards.

Das sollten Sie mitbringen
- abgeschlossenes designorientiertes Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Berufserfahrung
- Konzeptionsstärke, außerordentliche Kreativität und Präzision in der Umsetzung
- ein feines Gespür für Sprache und guten Text
- Routine im Layout selbst komplizierter Lösungen im Bereich Print und Web sowie deren Reinzeichnung
- hohe Designkompetenz, Ideenreichtum
- strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Offenheit, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamgeist
- Neugier, Kreativität & Mut
- hohes ästhetisches Bewusstsein

YOU: A creative superhero, with at least 4 years agency experience (this is a must!), a thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, and strong understanding of design for print. You also have an enthusiasm for web design and an ability to work in both disciplines when creating your designs and artwork. You have good English language skills, are well organised, punctual, with a ‘can do’ attitude and a good eye for detail. You are happy liaising directly with clients, both in person, over the phone and by email. You don’t have a problem working to deadlines and can interpret written briefs and take art direction.

THE JOB: You will be working as part of a small team of designers on both print and web projects. You will be responsible for taking projects from concept to delivery, combining strong creative ideas with excellent art working skills to turn out stunning work that is accurate time after time.

SKILLS: We are seeking designers with eye-catching portfolios as well as a commercial track record in both graphic and web design. Experience covering some or all of the following would be ideal…

• Graphical composition, typography, visual communications.
• Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign CS.
• Designing wire frames.
• Designing front end graphs, user interfaces and online advertising.
• HTML / CSS / JS.
• A passion for technology, gadgets, social media, advertising photography and design.

Salary circa 30-35k depending upon experience.

Mr & Mrs Smith is looking for a confident recent graduate or junior designer with up to one year’s experience, with a degree in graphic design (or equivalent) for an entry-level in-house position in our Chiswick office.

Working under and mentored by the Head of Design, the successful applicant will provide print and web support to Mr & Mrs Smith’s design and production team, and have ample opportunity to develop their career as a professional designer.

Duties include
• Following the art direction of our e-communications and producing web-ready assets for use in our in-house CMS
• Selecting and editing pictures for our hotel collections, online and in our e-comms
• Assisting the design and production team with an on-going and varied calendar of web and print projects

You’ll need
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (from CS4 upwards): Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
• Experience of Flash CS4 (beneficial, but there may be opportunities to learn)
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS (handy, but not essential)

Due to ever increasing activity in the Chinese market, CWA are looking to expand their team to introduce a Designer who is fluent in speaking and designing in Mandarin, who will develop creative concepts through to presenting to clients in both English and Chinese for their global client base.

CWA are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, hands-on and ready and willing to ‘jump into the deep-end’. Initially we are looking for someone to join us on a six month temporary contract, but if pitches to our Chinese clients are successful then the role may become permanent.

CWA is a creative agency specialising in advertising and design for print and digital projects, live events and video production, based in Leicester. The company operates globally with clients including Volvo, Dematic and FedEx.

You will work directly alongside an established team; developing content, generating ideas for the agency’s biggest client and prospective clients.
You will need to be ambitious with the ability to think strategically, creatively and be confident to present ideas by communicating and liaising directly with clients is essential.

Applicants should be proficient in the following Software packages, In-Design, Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint with Web design/3D graphics preferred but not essential and to be flexible to work in the UK and China with an open mind to re locate to Shanghai if the need arises.

Applicants must have the appropriate Visa in place to allow work within the UK.
