Woo Love, our man at Open Agency has been in touch to let us know about a photo essay project showing the changing face of East London retailers (and London in general) with the coming presence of the Olympics. They’ve challenged themselves to find 2012 pictures of the word Olympic as they pop up around the East end with local retailers changing their company names to try and cash in on the action. Pleased to see they’ve opted for tumblr, if you’re on there get following!

Glasgow and Birmingham-based agency, D8, have updated their site with lots of new print interior and digital projects. The more eagle-eyed FFF visitors will also notice the agency a currently looking for a digital creative director and a senior digital designer.

Rose from Hyperkit has been in touch to let us know about ‘Enamel Alphabet’ – a product that is for sale on their website. The cut-off for Christmas orders is Monday so if you want some get ordering! Made of vitreous enamel these sound great, I certainly wouldn’t mind finding some in my stocking.

Just found out about Qube Konstrukt, a genuine multi-disciplinary agency working out of Richmond, Australia. Their bio states “time allowed for experimentation and play are vital components of our studio methodology”, that’s clearly reflected in the vibrancy and sense of fun which is threaded throughout their work.

Nike Livestrong Chalkbot

Great video about how the Nike Livestrong Chalkbot is spraying messages of hope from all over the world on the street for the riders of the Tour De France. Great idea and brilliant execution, not a trick missed. The technology of the whole process is great, check out the site here, but I just love that chalk printer, how much fun could you have with that on the roads?
